I just installed the most recent version of the Easy-PhotoPrint Editor. I have a PIXMA TS6120 printer and I'm using Windows 10 Pro on my PC. When I go to print a photo, it tells me "An internal error has occurred." and "There are no printers available." What do I need to do to correct this problem? It's making me crazy! ๐คช

did you ever figure the problem out?

I solved by browsing ij.start.canon, downloading the installation program, and running it, even though my printer has long been setup and working.
Details: I didn't see "An internal error has occurred", only "There are no printers available", when trying to print a card with Easy-PhotoPrint Editor to my Pixma TS3320 printer on Windows 10.
(Then, the program's File - Save option is greyed out. For that, I took a screenshot and gave up.
All-in-all, it would have been perhaps smarter to just go buy a card.)
