TS5320a stopped connecting with my desktop PC

New user!! TS5320a has been working just fine, until this morning.  Shows up as offline on my win 11 pc.  Can't access it at all.  Reset printer and redid wi-fi set up just in case.  No luck.

I can print to it from my Win11 laptop and from my Cell phone which connect via the same router.

Stuck scratching my head again.  I have also removed all canon software and I am about to do a re-install but during that process setup cannot see the printer.  I feel that I am just missing something strange.  Story of my life.

Help please.

Hi needle,

With your printer on, please print the network settings from your TS5320a:

1.  Press the OK button on your printer one time.

2.  Use the down arrow to select Device settings and press the OK button.

3.  Select LAN settings and press OK.

4.  Select Print details and press OK.

7.  Select Yes and press OK.

The pages will print.

On the first page, please look at the name listed to the right of 3-2-6 SSID.

Please make sure that your win 11 pc is connected to the network with the exact same name.

If they are, next, please perform a test of the communication.  On the first page that printed, please look at the numbers to the right of 3-2-12 IP Address.  You will be using this number below   Please follow these steps:

1.  On your win 11 pc, please press the Windows key on your keyboard and the letter R, then let both go.

2.  In the Run window that appears, please type CMD and click OK.

3.  In the Command Prompt window that appears, please type:

PING xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx   <---where those x's are the numbers you see to the right of 3-2-12 IP Address

and then press the Enter key on your keyboard.

Which below did you get:

 - Timed out
 - Destination host unreachable
 - Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0

If you got "Timed Out", your computer is not on the same network as your printer.

If you got "Destination host unreachable", please turn your printer off.  Next, go to your router and disconnect the power cord from the back of your router.  Wait 5-10 minutes and reconnect the power cord to your router.  When you wireless network is back online, please turn your printer on again.  Once it is on, please perform the PING command again, following the steps above.

If you get the last one, please press the Windows button and I.  In the System window that appears, click on Bluetooth & devices on the left side.  Click on Printers & scanners in the list and then click on the "Add device" button to the right of Add a printer or scanner.  Please install the TS5300 that it finds and attempt to print.
