I have recently purchased the PIXMA TS7720 and am trying to set it up. I have gone through the steps on the computer and the printer. The printer shows on the display that it is connected to the WIFI, but my computer says that it cannot connect to the network. I have followed all of the troubleshooting things that are online. I am very frustrated and since it the weekend, I cannot call Canon for help.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS and which version thereof) and your phones (i.e. Android or iOS and which version thereof).
