We purchased a Selphy CP1300 for my mother for Christmas and have been unable to print over Wifi from her Chrome OS-based machine. We were able to add, find, and select the printer, but each time we send a photo to the printer the "Busy" screen shows, and then the printer powers down without warning.
We were able to print without issue from a number of mobile devices (iPhone, Android phone, iPad) with no issue, using both the direct connection and adding the Selphy as a networked printer, but whenever we try from the Chrome device it powers down and fails to print.
Trying to figure out if we should return the device for a refund/exchange, or if there are other steps we might take to resolve the issue.
