Selphy CP1200: How do I fix the "Connection failed" error?

Hi, 

I am running into an error when I choose Connection Method > Via Wi-Fi Network, it asks me "Connect with previous settings?" and if I say OK, then it tries but gives me a "Connection failed" error and if I "Cancel", then it just takes me back to the previous screen. Maybe there's something wrong with the previous settings but I haven't changed the password and even if I had, there's no way to reenter it. I have to connect with previous settings because it is the only option I have, but it's not working.

I have the same issue and I use (2) 1200s.  One has no problem and the other is having this issue.  I tried a different wifi and still get the error.
