I have technical case open with Canon, but they don´t find solution yet. The printer is Canon i-SENSYS MF651Cw with Operating System , Windows 11 Home 22H2. and when I install MF Scan Utility appear the following error:
Could you help me to solve this issue?

The i-SENSYS MF651Cw is a European-exclusive model not sold in the US.
Can you please verify the model information from the physical unit? It's usually on the top or front panel.

Instead of trying to use the MF Scan Utility at all (I gave up on it myself), go to the Microsoft Store and install the Windows Scan app. It is capable and uncomplicated. It sees USB and network scanners just fine.

Thanks for your quickly reply. I checked your propose and It scans one sheet, but if I want to scan many sheets at once, Do you help me in this case?

It has another drawback. You know that there are two ways to scan. Flatbed and feeder. From the feeder it does not scan well, it leaves the pages cut off.
