cp printer-related file in use - Can't do Anything!
I am trying to hook up my older Selphy CP1300 to a computer. I finally got the software and it didn't load properly. It keeps giving me the "cp printer-related file in use" error and telling me to stop that and possibly reboot the computer and try again. None of that works. I did see that something appears to have loaded, as there is a Canon Selphy CP1300 in the add/remove files in the Control Panel. So, I tried to uninstall it, but I get the same message again!
I have also gone into the services area and restarted the print spooler. Still nothing works. So, anyone have any idea on how to get this resolved? I do not want to be paying $20 per incided for Canon direct assistance. That seems like quite the rip off.
