I have used Acrobat Pro to control the scanner function. It has worked well for the better part of a year. After the Acrobat reinstall, I can print from within Acrobat (as well as other Windows apps) but the scanner function does not appear in the Acrobat "create" function. I opened the Cannon IJ Scan Utility, attempted to scan and an error appeared, "The scanner is not available while in use by another application or user. Code 3,206,0"
I am not sure of the best way to troubleshoot/resolve this problem.
