We moved and are trying to connect our printer to our new wifi. The network pops up however I don't get the option to enter the password and I get an error message (error: Failed to connect to the access point. follow the steps below. 1. check that the selected access point is correct. 2. check that the entered passphrase is correct. 3. restart the access point. if the same error occurs, see the access point manual and check the settings.) What am I missing?
