In 2021 I was gifted A Canon PIXMA MG3620 printer and a friend set it up for me. At first she couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work so she suggested using a cable. I used the USB cable to connect until 2023 when suddenly the Wi-Fi kicked in. It was printing perfectly until a paper jam happened about a year ago. It would print off and on with the notice that the printer was out of paper no matter how much paper was or was not in the tray. So I just decided to buy the same printer again to save time.
My new Canon Pixma MG3620 wireless isn't connecting to my Chrome Laptop even though I still have a USB Cable. Any suggestions on why the cable is not connecting the printer and laptop? Ultimately I prefer to use WI-FI but I have no clue as to how to set that up. Any help on talking me through that would be appreciated.
