Someone please help! I have done all of the things listed here, and even bought a cable last night and I still just get the error that the printer is off line. I'm about to lose my mind. This thing is brand new, worked once, and now nothing.

What version of Windows are you using?
If you are using a Mac, what version of OSX is installed?
Are you using your PIXMA TS3500 series wirelessly?
or with a USB cable?
