I have used a Pixma MG5220 printer with my Windows 7 machine for a long time. Recently, however, I needed to re-format and re-initialize the PC. I have the MG5220 as a wi-fi printer on the home network. I see it as a network device in Windows Explorer. I'm trying to re-connect the printer for use with the reformatted PC.
However, when I try to run the set-up CD or Add a Printer under Control Panel->Devices and Printers, it says that the device is not responding. I suspect that something that used to be on the PC isn't there anymore since it got re-formatted.
Any suggestions of things I could try?
Thanks!
Urban
