It wasn't showing up as an option on my chromebook (which is how I have always used this thing) so I did a factory reset and now it doesn't have an IP address when I printed the Network Confirmation Page. I am at a loss as to how to proceed. This is particularly frustrating because I just changed the ink cartridges. Any help please?

Since that printer is pretty old, I gave up and bought a new TS3322. It's having the same problem, there isn't an IP address printed on the information sheet. I am following all directions to set it up on my chromebook but I am stuck in a loop where the chrome help tells me to refer to mfr's instructions and the mfr refers me to chromebook help. Why is this so hard? Why is there no IP address?

Well I tried that first, but since it's an older product and I never registered it they wouldn't help me. Thanks for the advice though.
