I've run through the setup process multiple times, and to no avail. I did just replace my modem with a mesh unit, and when I checked out what they had to say, I got a message stating my printer must have this or it won't work: "WPA2 AES-based CCMP encrtption". Does anyone know if it does?

Greetings,
It sounds like you purchased an EERO?
Start with this:
The printer will only connect to a 2.4Ghz network. If your mesh system is using one SSID name for all broadcasts 2.4/5G, try temporarily disabling that and give each network a separate SSID name.
Now see if the printer will connect to the 2.4Ghz broadcast.
Yep, it looks like they recommend it as well:
