Hi there.
All of our inkjet printers are PIXMA printers. We need to know which PIXMA you're using to be able to help. It is usually on the top of the printer by the buttons, or on the front of the printer. It will say PIXMA and there will be 2 letters and some numbers. We need that part, or we won't be able to steer you any further.
