Hello everyone please help me with this. So I've been having issue connecting my Canon Pixma TS6220 to the wireless wifi. I've no issue using it at my old house, but when I moved I cannot connect to the new WiFi. I've tried many ways but it doesn't work. I've tried wireless connection, manual connect, using the app... etc. I've printout the network configuration page and it said wireless direct is disabled, connection is inactive, proxy sever disable, ip sec inactive. I don't really understand all of that so I bought usb c/b cable to plug it in my printer and my laptop. I've tried to download software from canon websites to help with the connection but none work. So please help me
