I have had this printer for a few months. In that time it prints just fine for a week or two, then with no warning, it will give me the pop-up message in my lower right corner, "Printer in an error state." No other error messages or troubleshooting directions, either on my print queue on my computer or in the touch screen on the device.
I have done all the simple things, turned off and back on, unplugged, then finally re-installed the driver from this page https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/pixma-ts6120#idReference%3Dsoftware-drivers - I assume it's the top link on that page? I can't tell which is the "main" one. Another time that worked, but now today it's not working again even after that. Then a couple of weeks ago, it wasn't working, so I just turned it off for awhile, came back a few days later and it was fine without any troubleshooting. I'm starting to think it's possessed. Help, please?
