I recently switched my internet provider to T-Mobile Home Internet using a 5G gateway. All my attempts to connect my TS6120 have failed. I believe the gateway uses WiFi 6 technology. Is there a way to connect my printer or will I be forced to by a newer model?

Greetings,
I worked with another user on a similar issue recently.
Please look at the sides, back and or bottom of your T-Mobile Gateway. Look for information about its default SSID names and broadcasts. This may not be available on all models. Your printer has a 2.4Ghz radio and can only connect to a 2.4Ghz broadcast.
If nothing is on the outside of your gateway, you may need to log into it and enable the 2.4Ghz broadcast. Example, see page 22 of this user guide. Not sure which gateway you own??

T-Mo has support as well.
