PIXMA TS4150i stopped connecting to Chromebook

I've recently bought a Chromebook and Canon Pixma printer TS4150i. At first they connected easily using wi-fi and I was able to print, no problem. But after a few days I tried to print and got message that printer and Chromebook weren't connected. I've done the usual unplug and reboot but no joy. I've now got an icon lit up. it looks a bit like steps or a lightning strike. The troubleshoots online suggest clicking on three dots at the side of the printer name but there aren't any dots. It's driving me nuts! Can anyone help please?

You may need to do a fresh connection of your printer to Chromebook and there are a number of methods to do so here is the guide:
