PIXMA TS3772 won't show up on PC or iPhone, won't stay connected to Wi-Fi

I recently purchased the Canon Pixma TS3772 printer and have already spent all day trying to set it up on my pc and iPhone. I have even downloaded the Canon Printer App as recommended for my phone and proceeded to set up as directed to no avail. I have tried adding it to my pc, and it does not come up. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not help, nor does shutting down my iPhone and turning it back on. The same goes for turning off the printer and turning it back on. However, the printer does recognize the printer, but it doesn't stay connected to the wifi. I'm not sure what to do at this point and would like to be able to use it.

Greetings,

Please tell us the version and build of the operating system (computer) that you're using the printer with?

Besides the iPhone, how is the printer connected and to what?  Wifi, USB, WiFi direct?

The printer supports 2.4 & 5Ghz Wi-Fi broadcasts that use WPA2 encryption.  Please ensure one of the supported broadcasts is using this security standard.

Downloads for the printer are available here:

Thanks for joining the conversation, happymom123!

So that the Community can help you better, could you please double-check your printer's model number?  We checked our listings and we couldn't find a printer with the model number TS3772.  We have a hunch as to which model it really is and if our hunch is right, the model number should be on the top of the printer just above the on/off button.  Please let us know what it says there.  That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!

I am connected to a wireless router

The model number is TS3772. It is a Canon Pixma. I can pull it up through the Canon Website and I recently registered it.

The issue that I am having is:

it shows in my iPhone settings WiFi. It connects, but drops the connection. So I am not able to use it from my phone. When I try to add it to my computer it doesn’t seem to find it.
My OS is Windows 11.

Correct model TS3722 sorry
