PIXMA TS3722 won't connect to Wi-Fi or iPhone, shows "E36"

hello I am hoping that someone can help me with a quickness. I purchased a PIXMA TS3722 wireless printer, scanner, copier from Walmart a few days ago and since then I cannot seem to get the wireless connection to connect to my WI-FI thats in the home nor to my iphone I have tried both ways numerous times and all I see on the printer after the first step is an error message that flashes one character at a time it says E 3 6 . It just repeats that and I cant do anythig else. Any suggestions on whats going on and hopefully an easy way to fix the issue and get to using my printer I bought when I enrolled in online school? time is of the essence...help S.0.S. #pixmats3722
