PIXMA TS3522 "Printer blocked error when attempting to print"

Hello, this is my first time posting here. I hope everyone is doing great. I have a new PIXMA TS3522 printer, which I received for my birthday. However, for some reason, it is not letting me print. It keeps saying "printer blocked," and I have tried everything to make it work, but it's just not cooperating. I hope someone can help me. Thanks!

How is the printer connected, and to what?

Where is the Printer Blocked" message displaying.  

If this is a PC or Mac, please include the version and build of your OS.

• Hello,  thanks for your response,  and i connected the printer with my cellphone,  i downloaded the canon print app, and I already connected to the internet and i pair my cellphone with the printer,  so every time i try printing,  I received a notification in my cellphone,  that says the printer is blocked or it says printer error

I'm fed up with this printer.  I have connection problems from my android.  The canon print service says print blocked. If I add a printer back it works.  Next photo, same thing, blocked, failed messages. is it a connection issue or problem with the printer nozzle.  A clear message would sure help, but then again, I'm ready to toss it and buy another brand.
