I've just bought a Canon TS3355 (which their chat bot says doesn't exist) and it won't connect to either of the 2 (computer & ipad) units I've tried to connect it to. Won't connect using the app, nor the WPS button on my router nor the downloaded setup wizard. Is it broken or have I missed something. The retailer's phone line says I've done all the right things. It will photocopy but that is little consolation since I bought a scanner/printer/copier.
