PIXMA TS3322 -Cannot connect to network

Hi,

I have been using my Pixma Ts3322 for almost a year now connected via USB with no problems on my desktop computer. I got a laptop and wanted to connect it to the printer wireless. After trying many different ways. I could not connect it. After doing some searching and printing the information page on the printer, it says that the printer is not connected to the network. I tried to connect it with different methods but could not do it, even trying to find it with the IP address. Pressing the  WPS method on my router did not do it either.

I am using Windows 7 on my Desktop and windows 11 on my laptop. They are both Dell20250517_223543.jpg computers.

The window on the printer shows the internet/WiFi icon

I hope you can help!!!!

I have a question. My PC desktop is connected by USB to the printer. No problems. I did not want to delete all the information from this computer because I use the printer a lot. I do not want to mess it up. The problem is connecting the laptop to the printer by WiFi. Printer is not in the network and cannot get to go. I am thinking, could I unplug the printer for the USB. Delete al the information from the laptop, then just try to add and connect it just to the laptop by WiFi.  Is that possible?

I finally solved the problem. I deleted all the information from my laptop about the printer and the printer. Unplugged the printer from the USB connected to my desktop. Downloaded the setup from your link to my laptop. I got the printer connected to the network and can print now from my laptop by WiFi. I re plugged the printer to my desktop by USB. Now I can print to laptop by  WIFI and to desktop by USB. Like I said before, I don't want to mess up the information about the printer on my desktop. It is an older computer with Windows 7. I am really happy right now that I was finally able to figure this out!!!!!

Thank you so much for everybody's help!!!!!!!!

Amy
