Hi,
I have been using my Pixma Ts3322 for almost a year now connected via USB with no problems on my desktop computer. I got a laptop and wanted to connect it to the printer wireless. After trying many different ways. I could not connect it. After doing some searching and printing the information page on the printer, it says that the printer is not connected to the network. I tried to connect it with different methods but could not do it, even trying to find it with the IP address. Pressing the WPS method on my router did not do it either.
I am using Windows 7 on my Desktop and windows 11 on my laptop. They are both Dell computers.
The window on the printer shows the internet/WiFi icon
I hope you can help!!!!
Amy

Good morning, Amy!
Welcome to the Canon Community!
Once you've installed your printer and told your computer where it lives (WiFi or USB), you have to tell the computer its new address if you move it. The easiest way to do that is to re-install the software and drivers as if it's a whole new printer.
Head here for the guided walkthrough for the TS3322: https://canon.us/ts3322setup
It will uninstall the original software and reinstall the current software, ask where you want to install the printer (USB or WiFi), and then walk you through the WiFi setup for the printer.

No, the Canon Pixma TS3322 printer cannot be connected to both USB and WiFi simultaneously. You can only use one connection method at a time. The printer supports both USB and WiFi, but you'll need to choose which one to use for printing.

Hi Stephen,
Thank you for your response. Can I have the printer connected to both USB and WiFi. I feel that with USB the printer is connected no matter what.

Hi Stephen,
This is were I got stuck for hours yesterday. I tried different methods and the printer cannot connect to the network. I have a router by Spectrum and have several cameras and air purifiers and my phone connected to it with no problem so I DO NOT WANT TO MESS WITH THE ROUTER. I want a link that I can get to the page were to input the my WiFi connection with my password so I can connect the interpreter to the network. I was there sometime yesteryear but I think I clicked on the wrong option. Have not been able to find that page again.

Hi James,
I have tried several times to reconnect using the WPS method and it does not work. Really frustrating!!!!!! Uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers is a lot of work for me. I am an older person and try to find to easier solution possible. I am afraid that if I mess up, I would not be able to use the printer at all even connected to USB. I use the printer a lot!!!!! I would give it a try later.
Thank you,
Amy
