I have a Lenova desktop and cannot connect it to the TR8620a printer. I spoke with Canon help desk and they told me to hard wire it. I bought a wireless so I did not have to hard wire it. I spoke to our internet provider as the Canon help desk said it was their issue. They are sure it is not. Now I am stuck Can anyone give me any suggestions? I turned off the security on the computer, I did all the things listed in the manual for issues such as this, and I called Canon directly. HELP!
