It comes up with error on my brand new lenovo laptop? How to I download the driver please?

Does your new computer by any chance have an ARM processor, rather than an Intel or AMD? Drivers for ARMs and Intels/AMDs are not interchangeable. You would need a driver written for ARM, which may not be available.
