it came with the print cartridges that have very little ink in them so i had purchased a set from staples and it was delivered the next day... i took out the old one and replaced it with the new one.... and the little tiny screen still had it registered at low.... it is not recognizing the new cartridge that was put in.... i even got my son to help out and still the same thing.. and turning it off and on did not help either.... so i am not sure if it is a cartridge issue or a printer defect... can someone please please help me with this issue.... if you have the customer service number instead of sales i would be so happy to call them... this is my first time to have a cannon product and it is rating very low on my scale of printers to have.... i do have my preference but i was not able to get that preference in on time and i remembered my dad has a cannon and he liked it and said it was good... that is why i decided to get a cannon printer... my reget
