We just updated to Windows 11 on home computer
and we cannot get our Canon printer to install the necessary drivers to have it recognize it anymore. Every time i try to download, i get a spooling error message.
Could really use some help

Danny, I have inprinted in small print on the back of the printer K10513. I also see QC6-8795-DB01-01. Does that help?

Thanks for the effort, though unfortunately, it doesn't. Your printer's model number should be on either the front or the top of your printer, possibly near the printer's control panel. Feel free to take another look!
