I'm currently unable to print form Professional Print and Layout.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the software. I uninstalled the printer and searched for it, reinstalled it. PP&L still lists two old versions of the printer - plus two new versions, one of which I believe is a wireless direct version. Whenever I select "Print," the Job Manager opens and the main window disappears. The job never prints, but doesn't state there is an error - merely states "standby" in the window.
The IP address stated on the printer matches the new and old IP addresses listed in the list of printers.
Any suggestions welcome!
