Hi,
I have been using a Canon MX532 printer for years (still works great) and my current Verizon router is over 2 years old. Previously when my printer lost wifi, I went through the normal process and it reconnected.
Currently, when I connect to wifi the printer says it connected and I can confirm in by printing out the Network configuration page. The problem is the printer is NOT connected to wifi per the router and no computer or phone can see it either on the my network. Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks!

HI ljbyrne,
Please print another LAN details page. The steps to perform this can be viewed here:
Printing out the LAN details - MX450 Series / MX470 Series / MX532
On the page that printed, is the Wi-Fi name listed next to SSID the same network that your computer is connected to?
6 lines below that, is the Signal Strength (%) greater than 60% ?
2 lines below that is IPv4 IP Address. Please circle that number.
On your computer, open a web browser. In the address bar, please type the address that you circled on the paper.
Does the printer's status page appear?
If not, please disable IPv6 on your printer. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Turn your PIXMA MX532 on.
2. Press the wrench and screwdriver button one time.
3. Repeatedly press the right arrow button to select Device settings and press the OK button.
4. Repeatedly press the right arrow button to select LAN settings and press the OK button.
5. Repeatedly press the right arrow button to select Other settings and press the OK button.
6. Repeatedly press the right arrow button to select TCP/IP settings and press the OK button.
7. Repeatedly press the right arrow button to select IPv6 and press the OK button.
8. A message will appear. Press the OK button.
9. Enable/disable IPv6 will appear. Press the OK button.
10. Use the arrow button to select Inactive and press the OK button.
Once set, please turn your PIXMA MX532 off.
Next, please go to your router and unplug the power cord from the back of your router.
Wait 2 or 3 minutes and then reconnect the power cord to your router.
Once your Wi-Fi is back online, please turn your PIXMA MX532 back on and attempt to print.
