I'm trying to setup the wireless connection to the wifi in my office, but after I select the wifi network to connect to, I get a Router Overlap screen instead of the Passphrase screen. From there my options are to select one or multiple routers. No matter which option I choose or which routers I choose, the connection fails.

Hi pwiggins,
The error described by dnolan is not something we have encountered before and may be caused by th netwok settings. I would recommend resetting your network router then attempt to connect the printer using a different method in the Setup Guide.
If you continue to have trouble, I suggest contacting our telephone or chat support staff by clicking on Contact Us for contact information.
If using a different setup method resolves your issue, please click on the Accept as Solution button so that others may find the answer.

I'm having the same issue on my TR4520: Router Overlap: use a single router.
I only have one router - the one that was listed and that I accepted. Why can't we get a fix from Canon?

I am having the same problem. My previous Canon printer MG6620 was easy to set up for wifi. This G620 is a nightmare for AirPrint as many have stated. If Canon continues this, I will have to look for another brand. Too bad, I have really enjoyed all my Canon Photo printers. Plus, why is the setting window so small and very difficult to read. I have to use a flashlight to read it. Come on Canon - you should be very knowledgable about this and have clear directions. Product Expert - what is the solution to connection to wifi? Where can we find clear directions?

Hi, mary0552.
I'm not a product expert, however, I'd like to offer a couple of tips that might point you in the right direction, if I may?
- If you haven't already, please make sure you've installed the setup software from the Canon website at https://canon.us/G620setup
Regarding the LCD screen on your printer, Canon designs and manufactures a wide variety of printers to meet all our users' needs. We have models without LCDs, with touch panels, and some that can print double-sided. You can see the whole MegaTank lineup at https://canon.us/MegaTank
Back to your printer - if you have our software (and not just the Apple AirPrint driver), and it's still not working, you might want to contact support. They're available Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm (ET) at 800-OK-CANON (800-652-2666). You may find it easier if you register your printer before calling. You can do that at https://canon.us/account

Thank you for your kind reply. I finally got it set up to Air PRINT by going to YouTube and watching a video. That video showed me a lot of things Cannon didn’t tell me and I was eventually able to get it connected to my Mac computer.but I did have to choose Single router or something like that after I found my WiFi connection name. I know this isn’t very clear. I set it up yesterday and can’t remember the routine.I set it up yesterday and can’t remember the routine. The bottom line is you have to figure some things out yourself by trial and error and also watch YouTube. Thank you for your reply.
