Hello Cheryl63! Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MX320 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
You can also speak with a Canon Upgrade Program specialist to help you find a modern replacement that would meet your current needs at a discount. You can reach them weekdays and Saturdays at 1-866-443-8002.
Hope this helps!

Cheryl. The "unofficial" support that the moderators probably cannot give you is to download the printer driver for Windows 10 (Windows 10 or Windows 10 x64) depending if you have Windows 11 or Windows 11 x64.
If Windows 11 tried to automatically install a printer whose name did not match, remove the device from the settings/printer app. Power off and disconnect your MX320.
Download and Install the most recent available printer driver (Windows 10 or Windows 10 x64)
Connect and power on the printer and see if Windows 11 will install the printer.
I used an even older printer on Windows 10 x64, so I had to use the Windows 7 x64 driver and it installed fine!
