I currently have a Cannon MG 6320 printer. My iMac can't locate the Cannon printer. The startup Disk has been misplaced, and at this point can not be located. I Need assistance in getting my Wireless printer back online. I had to recently change my router to a ARRIS Surfboard Model G34. Theirs nothing wrong with printer, just can't get them to pair up. Any insight in regards to this would be greatly appreciated.

Greetings,
Drivers and software for your printer can be found here:
Canon Support for PIXMA MG3620 | Canon U.S.A., Inc.
It looks like the modem/router comes configured with both 2.4 & 5Ghz broadcasts. The printer requires a 2.4Ghz broadcast that supports WPA2/AES encryption. Please ensure the Arris is properly configured.
Looks like the default LAN IP of the router is 192.168.0.1. There also appears to be an Arris App for iOS and Android.

Thank You for such a quick response. I'm not exactly sure what I need to do. I'm ok when I have a disk, pretty much self taught. The router was pretty much plug and play. How do I configure to 2.4 and you exactly correct on the Lad IP of router 192.168.0.1. I'm going to the ARRIS app now. Any additional info, would be really helpful. Still learning?
