Hello! I have a canon MG4100 series which up until I changed my home internet to fiver worked perfectly fine. Since the change it no longer connects to my home internet. The printers wireless light is on and blue showing it’s connected by does not actually connect to my laptop anymore nor does it connect to the canon app I used to use previously. Can someone help diagnose. I have tried to reset all settings on the printer already and then search for my internet and come up empty.
thank you 😊

Thanks for joining the conversation, ClaudiaB!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA MG4100 series. The model number should appear on the front of the printer at the lower right. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Thanks and have a great day!
