I recently moved houses and brought my Canon Pixma mg3620 along, and now it won’t connect to my Google Fiber. I have 1 gig of Google Fiber that is mixed with 2.4, 5, and 6 GHz. I also have an extender on the other side of my house. I have tried to connect it via the canon app just regularly, and then I tried to connect it using a WPA2 only. I’ve also tried assigning different SSIDs per band and tried to connect the printer using just the 2.4 GHz band, but no luck. Every time I try to connect it, it will find the router with the assigned name, tell me it's going to take 90 seconds, and then suggest I restart my router. The little orange light will then come on, and the Wi-Fi button will start blinking. I've tried unplugging the extender, moving the printer right next to the main router, and restarting the router with no luck. Please help I have no idea what to do.

Hi confusedpanda,
Please try these steps to resolve the connection issue you are experiencing:
1. Please disable IPv6 on your PIXMA MG3620:
Please press and hold the STOP button on your PIXMA MG3620 until the error light blinks 23 times, then let it go
2. Please turn your PIXMA MG3620 off.
3. Go to your router and disconnect the power cord from the back of your router.
4. Wait 2 or 3 minutes and then reconnect the power cord to your router.
5. When your Wi-Fi is ready again, please turn your PIXMA MG3620 back on.
Please attempt to connect using the Canon PRINT app again.
