I reviewed an unresolved thread about this topic from Feb 2025 related to Sequoia OS 15.3.1. This problem persists under Sequoia OS 15.6.1. I have reinstalled the current printer and scanner drivers for my Canon MG3620. I can print but not scan. When attempting to scan using Canon IJ Scan Utility Lite, I receive the error message shown below. Can anyone help?
<edit> I have also reinstalled the latest Canon IJ Scan Utility Lite. Now, I receive a similar message:

Hi, Jeff,
Try the main installation workflow at https://canon.us/MG3620setup
It will uninstall existing software and install the correct software and drivers.
Your printer must have a rock-solid connection to your WiFi (not just good or ok, but all bars) for scanning.

p.s. I am connecting via WiFi.
