Recently changed our WiFi and I have not been able to get my Canon PIXMA MG3620 to connect to the new network.
Occasionally, the printer will decide it will print 1 page that I need, then my phone will tell me the printer isn't detected. Which is what prompts me trying to re-connect it to the network. When I initially set up the printer, I used my phone + the app. I'm going about it the same way now except it will not connect to the temporary canon WiFi. I don't know if it's my phone or the printer that won't connect, but it just keeps saying "Connection Failed".
How do I get this to work?? Any help is appreciated!
