I’m desperately trying to connect my Pixma mg 3620; I had it connected before, but somehow got disconnected. I’ve looked at video after video even reset it. I follow the video stop Wi-Fi color Wi-Fi in pairing mode. Join the cannon Wi-Fi then I go to my app search it pops up join the canon Wi-Fi searches. Find my Wi-Fi push it and that’s it after a few seconds the alarm light turns on and stays on until I push a button, I need to print something out desperately. Can anybody tell me what’s going on? I can’t get tried to register. It says it’s already registered, but I can’t get on. I did buy it new so I am the one who originally registered it.
