PIXMA MG 3650 showing no errors but not printing

Hi, I can not get my printer to print either via WIFI or cable connection.

The printer dialog box say printer not responding and the document shows a status of Error - Printing

When I click on the Diagnose and Repair printer it come up with The printer is set as non-default printer. Repair Yes is ticked. I click repair and the screen confirms the default printer setting is fixed and I can print the test print ok.

But I can not print anything else documents, photos or even maintaince pages. The error comes up

Error printing on Canon MG 3650 series. The printer could not print ....

Can anyone help please.
