I have a GX7050 and I have never been able to get half decent photo prints.
I was told it's because the paper doesn't match - as the selection on the printer doesn't match what I bought.
So I finally bought some Canon paper, "Glossy Photo Paper", GP501, and it's still happening. The greens are blue.
The settings in the software don't match the settings on the printer when I put the paper in, and NEITHER match the actual paper...
I was advised to get the Easy-PhotoPrint software, as it would "talk directly to the driver", however it simply doesn't work. When I select a photo, it tells me "the following paper is set", which is completely wrong.
If I then manually set in the software, I get a full A4 image, however I want to print a 10x15cm image onto my A4 paper, and there's nowhere to set the image size!!
I tried a full A4 image anyway, and the greens are still all blue - it looks exactly the same as when I printed from from any other app, just without any of the features to actually print what I need....
Am I just missing something obvious in this software? How does one get a canon printer to print accurately on canon paper?
