PIXMA G7020 Not Wndows 11 Compliant After Windows Update

It appears that my Windows 11 PC no longer recognizes my G7020.  After uninstalling the printer, with the hope of reinstalling, the effort was met with no success.  When I use "Settings" to find the printer, no printer is found.  When I attempted to download the drivers from Canon's website, I received a message that said, "This Program is Not Supported by the Computer" (see image below).  When I attempted to use the IJ Set Up from Canon's website, I received a message that said, "This Printer Cannot Connect to the OS..." (see image below).  The printer seems to continue to work fine with other Windows 10 PCs in the house and my iOS devices. I have followed all of the instructions online that I could find (unplug and wait 30 seconds, disconnect the USB cable and reconnect, reboot modem/router...).  Of course, those efforts made no difference as the printer continues to work with the Windows 10 PCs and iOS devices.  Thank for your thoughts!!

Did you download and run the driver setup package?

Thank you for your thoughts. Prior to starting a conversation thread, I did ownload and run the driver setup package you identify.  Just to make sure, I just completed the download and run again before replying to you.  I received the same error message as in the past.  Please see image below.  Thanks again. This Program is Not Supported by the Computer.jpg

Same issue. I have a windows 11 pc. But there is no solution because the software is not compatible with my ARM based processor. Check to see if you have an ARM based processor. If so you will not be able to download the software.

Wow!!  Thank you for the response!!  I do indeed have an ARM based processor.  So does this mean my Canon G7020 will never work with my ARM based PC?  Or is someone (Canon or MS) working on a solution?  After poking around a bit more, it appears that this is an issue that has been around for many months if not years.  I found this article (link below) that may be of help to someone.  It did not resolve my problem.  Thanks to everyone for adding a bit more clarity around this issue.

If you followed air the steps in the article and it still doesn’t work you have sufficient information to contact Canon support at 1-800-OK-CANON.

Thank you for the tip to call Canon and their phone number.  Talked with someone and they did a great job getting my printer connected.  He did say that there are issues getting a Canon printer connected to an ARM processor PC.  He walked me through setting the printer up manually using the IP address and getting the scanner set back up properly.  Thanks again!!
