I am running Windows 7 and recently have been experiencing the problem of the printer being offline.
I have tried reinstalling the software and drivers both as a network printer and just by wireless alone. This has helped intitially each time I deleted and reinstalled, but after a day or twoof not using the printer, the offline indication returns and I cannot print again.
Can you offer any direction to get this corrected?
