Nothing Downloads From Canon Creative Park

I have been to Creative Park but nothing will download.  Help!  Thank you in advance!

I have experienced that problem. Here’s what solved it: First, set up your Canon ID by following the steps prompted in CreativePark. Second, login to CreativePark using your Canon ID. Third, try downloading once again. If this doesn’t work, contact Canon customer service.
