Hi,
I purchased the MG3620 and all the set up and buttons seemed to be working. The only issue is that it doesn't show up for any WiFi options. Neither on my Mac or my iPhone (11). I've turned all devices on and off again multiple times, tried different set up options for the printer (found on support), but nothing seems to be working.
Any suggestions to still be able to connect wirelessly? Or at all?
Is it possible it's damaged in specfically this way? I bought it online from Target, but I believe it had been returned to them because there were scruff marks on it. I'd prefer to just fix this issue and use it if possible, but from the sounds of what I'm saying, does it sound fixable? Or just deffective?

Greetings,
The MG3620 can only connect to a 2.4Ghz wifi broadcast. If you are using it with a dual or tri-band router and SMART Connect or similar is enabled, the printer can sometimes have problems connecting to the correct broadcast. (SSID using the same name) Temporarily disabling this while you get the printer connected can help.
Otherwise, here are the setup and connection instructions for iOS:
