My Canon MX472 indiciates it is connected to my wireless router, but, no matter what I try, I cannot see it from my Windows 7 laptop, my iPad or my brand new Windows 8 laptop.
I can connect the printer to a laptop with a wired USB link, but Canon's IJ Network Tool will not even install on the laptops from the Setup CD.
I bought this printer to use as a wireless device but have had nothing but frustration in more than a month of troubleshooting. Help!
