We changed our internet provider a week ago and now I cannot reconnect the printer to the network. The manual/instructions say I need to press a sequence of buttons on the printer and then press the WPS button on the wireless router. Unfortunately the router does not have a WPS button. Is there any other way of connecting to the router? I have an app on my iPhone which accesses the router and I can set up IP addresses and ports, but am at a loss as to how to connect the printer to the network. Thanks, Laura

Thanks for joining the conversation, Laurad100!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which printer model you're using within the PIXMA MG3500 series. The model number should appear on the front of the printer at the lower right. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!

Hi Danny, my apologies. I jumped the gun and said it was 3500 - forgetting that that is a series. It says, top left, MG3050. Is that what you wanted to know? Thanks for replying.
