New Canon G6020 drivers somehow affected Pixma Pro-200s

I've had my pro-200s for a few months, and it works great. Yesterday I set up my new G6020, and after I downloaded the drivers and connected it to my computer (I'm using a mac), it somehow messed with my pro-200s settings. When I send the exact same print job with the same settings in the same software, the G6020 prints it accurately, but he pro-200s prints it extremely yellow. All of my cartridges are full, I've run a deep clean and the nozzle check page was printed perfectly, so I don't think it's a hardware issue. Am I just not able to have 2 Canon printers at a time? Because this is ridiculous and will return the G6020 since it's making my extremely expensive printer not work, and waste so much ink and paper trying to get it to work

Hi Sarahsaidso! Thanks for contributing to the Canon community.

You should be able to use both your PIXMA PRO-200 and your G6020 with a Mac computer without one printer affecting the other. Installing another printer, should not mess up the previous printer's settings. So we can check what might be causing this issue, please reply to this post and attach a photo or scan of the nozzle check pattern for your PRO-200. If you no longer have that test pattern, and need help printing a new one, please follow the instructions in the following link:
https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/All/PRO-200%20series/EN/BG/bg-041.html

We also need answers to the following questions:

  • What version of Mac is your computer running?
  • Did you install the PRO-200 Printer Driver on your computer?
  • In all, how many Cleanings and Deep Cleans did you perform since this issue began?
  • If you tried multiple cleanings, did you wait at least 3 hours between each attempt?

I look forward to your reply. Thanks again.
