I have done all the troubleshooting and at this point I am ready to throw my printer and laptop across the room I have been working to fix this issue for 9 hours now from restoring my laptop, uninstalling and reinstalling the printer, full computer scans etc PLEASE HEP ME!!!! My printer is on and the internet light is on and it can photocopy but when I try to print it says it is OFFLINE!!!! Really getting tired of this issue as it has been going on for quite a few days now and I am at the end of my rope trying to fix it
