So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using. Canon hasn't made a printer with the name MP3620 but we have made a printer with the name PIXMA MG3620. Could you please double-check the model number? It's probably on the front of the printer at the lower right.
Please also include more details about the problem you're having getting your printer connected. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
